How secure is my data?

Your data resides in a secure server environment, backed up on a daily basis and set up with multiple redundant Internet connections to ensure as close to 100% uptime as possible. All information is transmitted using 256 bit encryption, which means that it cannot be intercepted.

Can anyone else access my information?

Clients who log into the system are given access only to their file information, and the only people who can log in are those to whom you give access. You may choose to provide third parties (creditors and debt collectors) with access to the system; if you do, the only information these third parties will be able to obtain would be whether you represent an individual. Third parties must enter the full name and/or the social security number of a debtor in order to obtain verification of representation.

How long has the system been in use?

The system has been used for over two years and has been tested to ensure maximum effectiveness. Even so, we continue to upgrade end enhance your user experience.

How much does it cost per user in my office?

There is no cost to add more users to your MyThirdWave system. No matter how many people in your firm, the cost remains the same.

Are there any renewal fees?

There are no renewal fees of any sort. Once you have added a matter into MyThirdWave you can access it for as long as you remain a customer.

How much does MyThirdWave cost?

How much will system upgrades cost?

Absolutely nothing. When the system is upgraded, you will automatically obtain the benefits. Remember, you pay one flat rate per client matter - nothing more!

Of course, new modules may become available in the future. Many will be offered at no charge, but some may involve upgrading the storage capabilities of your service and may be offered at a flat fee; if you choose to subscribe to these system enhancements they will be applied to all of your client matters.

How am I charged for MyThirdWave?

At this point you need to purchase Credits in order to add client matters to the system. Each time you add a client matter, your Credits are deducted accordingly.

What kind of hardware do I need to access MyThirdWave?

All you need in a computer with an Internet connection. No special hardware or software is required - we take care of all that!

Can I export the Online Consultation data into my petition preparation program?

At this time, the Online Consultation data does not support exporting into petition preparation packages. We believe that computers are terrific and reliable, but the only thing that can minimize errors in your bankruptcy filings is a trained and experienced professional in your office.

What happens if I choose to cancel my Membership?

If you decide that MyThirdWave doesn't suit your needs, all you need to do is contact us. We'll provide you with all of the data in our system in database format). Once that is done, we will permanently delete all of your information from our servers.
